Taupo Rainbows
Lake Taupo, in the center of New Zealands North Island is a magnificent fishing lake with active volcanos providing a spectacular backdrop to some of the best trout fishing in the world. Peter explores the areas facinating geological history, and fisshes some of the crystal clear streams and rivers for the large trout that this area is so well known for.

Nhulunbuy
Nhulunbuy, also known as Gove, is in northeastern Arnhemland, an area owned entirely by the indigenous people. Three major groups of incredibly beautiful islands lie offshore from Nhulunbuy providing a spectacular array of fishing opportunities in this tropical anglers paradise. The Aboriginal people of Arnhemland have a rich culture and a long tradition of fishing. We visit a remote Aboriginal community who offered to take us out fishing, the traditional way!

Hinchinbrook
The majestic mountains of Hinchinbrook Island provide a breathtaking backdrop for sight fishing on the extensive sandflats between the island and the mainland. This highly visual and exciting form of fishing is highlighted with the capture of the first "permit" or Snub Nosed dart ever to be sight fished with fly in Australia.

Wildfish 2
Wildfish 2 $29.95

Fraser Coast
The vast sand flats off the Fraser Coast is a facinating and spectacular fishing ground, with crystal clear waters providing ideal conditions for fly fisherman tackling the areas ultimate challenge - Golden Trevally. A sensational fishery is being explored off the inside of Fraser Island - Marlin on light tackle. These tremendous fighters are great sport, and when they are caught in the shallow water just off the beach the action is unbelievable.

Snowy Mountains
Even in mid winter when the ski slopes are packed with skier's there's some great fishing in the lakes of the Snowy Mountains. These lakes were formed by the construction of the Snowy Mountain Scheme and are very important to the Trout fisherman of Australia. We return to the Snowies in summer, a more traditional fishing time and catch some superb wild brown trout on the McLaughlin River.

Arnhem Land
Exciting footage from the Far North in the pristine wilderness waterways of Northern Territory's Arnhem Land.

Wildfish 3
Wildfish 3 $29.95

Northern Territory
Few people have the opportunity to retreat to their own tropical island, but the Hanlon Family have done just that on North Island, one of the islands in the Sir Edward Pellew group. From the Gulf of Carpentaria, Peter travels west to the Victoria River, the largest river in the Territory, providing exceptional fishing in these relatively untouched waters.

Tasmanian Highlands
The Tasmanian Highlands are beautiful but harsh, and are famous for superb trout fishing. Peter stays at some well-known fishing lodges, whose guides are more than willing to help Peter chase the Big One. Anglers willing to try something new to the highlands are being introduced to old European techniques that are producing some really impressive results.

Coral Coast
At the southern end of The Great Barrier Reef is an area known as the Coral Coast. Beautiful islands dot this relatively untouched and spectacular area. The variety of fishing here is astounding, from reef fishing for red emperor, to the wild action of the acrobatic dolphin Fish.

Peter explores a variey of heavily stocked dams and picturesque rivers that are home to a wide range of fish from saratoga to cod, barramundi to bass.

Lake Keepit
