Jindabyne Trout Steve Williamson is one of the Snowy Mountains most well respected fishing guides, operating out of the thriving township of Jindabyne. Steve specializes in down-rigging for Trout in Lake Jindabyne and shows Ed Vander Kruk this most effective method for catching these sought after fish. Steve uses a Scotty Downrigger to get his lure of choice, Tassie Devils, down to the right depth. This correct depth is where the fish are holding and changes from day to day, hour by hour. The only way to find where the fish are holding is through the use of a good sounder.
