Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will The Editor's Office PL or any of its affiliates or content providers be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits or damages, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, misuse, performance or non-performance of the services, or any reliance on the services (even if The Editor's Office PL has been informed of the possibility of such loss or damages). This includes, without limitation, loss or damage caused by the services not being available, unauthorised use or alteration of a user's data that is transmitted through use of the services, loss or damage resulting from downloading any information or material through use of the services, or from goods or services purchased or transactions entered into through the services.
Indemnity and Release
The user releases, holds harmless and indemnifies The Editor's Office PL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents (collectively, its associates), to the full extent permitted by law, from and against any liability whatever that arises in connection with the use of the services. This includes, without limitation, an infringement by the user, or any other users of its account, of any intellectual property rights of a person or an entity, or of fraudulent activity. The user will indemnify The Editor's Office PL and its associates and release then even if The Editor's Office PL has been advised of the possibility of such infringement occurring.
